When you join the Nearshore family as a consultant, here´s what to expect.

SEARCH
Check out our open jobs, find the ones you like, and submit your resume. If you´re already part of the Nearshore Family, just email your recruiter about the jobs you want.
STEP 2
CONNECT
We´ll chat about your experience, your goals, and what your ideal job looks like. Then we´ll help you prepare for the interviews and get you ready to land the job. We won´t rest until we find the perfect match
STEP 3
START YOUR ASSIGMENT
When you get the job, we’ll walk you through everything that you need to know. Now that you’re part of the family, we’ll always have your back. This is just the beginning.

When is the annual open enrollment period for benefits?
Open enrollment for 2023 benefits ended on November 11, 2022. The next open enrollment period will likely be late October/early November 2023 for your 2024 benefits. If you’re a new employee or an employee with a qualifying life event (adoption, birth, marriage, etc.)

How do I enter my time?
Our main timecard entry portal is eRecruit. However, you may be supporting a client that requires entry into a secondary proprietary system.
You should also have an email in your inbox from NearshoreConsultant Experience containing a “How to Enter Time” one pager.
When will I receive my paycheck?
Typically, you would receive a direct deposit on Friday of the week after you submitted the hours. For example:
1. Start on Monday.
2. Submit your hours on Friday afternoon.
3. Your first payment should be sent out as a direct deposit on Friday of your second week.
4. If you have not received any payment by this day (via live check or direct deposit), please contact your Nearshore
Recruiter.
** Please note: this is a tentative calendar; dates indicated are subject to change during a holiday week. Additionally,
if bank information is entered incorrectly, a direct deposit will not be sent out immediately.
If my assignment ends, will Nearshore help me find another job?
Yes, we are dedicated to supporting you in this area. Please also navigate to the Job Board where you can search thousands of available job listings.
