Salesforce Developer – Contact Center Enhancements (Service Cloud)
This position is going to focus on the enhancements to existing Service Cloud Email channel.
Anywhere in LATAM
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 5+ years of Salesforce custom development experience
- Hands-on experience developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Apex Batch Jobs and other Asynchronous Apex.
- 2-3 years of experience building Salesforce applications leveraging declarative stack (flows, validation rules, formula fields, custom reports, etc.)
- 5+ years of development experience on Service Cloud.
- Experience with Email2Case functionality required.
- Familiarity w/ Financial Services Cloud and its data model desired.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that align with the established Salesforce architecture.
